just a thought

Yesterday I received some compliments about my blog .. and I must say what a great feeling! I was simply just intrigued by the whole blog idea and thought why not just start one and see what happens, but to actually have people read it and compliment it is a huge inspiration! I've already started to really look forward to posting and working on my blog. Its a huge feeling of accomplishment when you look at the finished product once you've added another page or post! So just thought I would say thanks guys and I can't wait to see where it goes! And thanks to my followers already... cant wait to expand that list!!


Well, Ava starts school on Monday, thank goodness because I'm ready to scream. She is such a random pup. She doesn't seem to grasp the concept of NO BITE AVA or NO BARKING... yet when we come inside she promptly sits at the bottom of the stairs and waits for us to start walking and then she sits at the door and waits to be let in. And she happily sleeps in her crate at night so thank the Lord for that! I think school will be an enormous blessing... especially considering the size she will be one day. 


Saturday night is girls night and one of my best girlfriends is bringing over her puppy for a play date! I'm really excited to see how it goes! So far when introduced to other pups she just cowers or squeezes her way in between my feet and shakes! (this includes my parents toy shih-tzus... come on Ava hold your reputation!)


Last night while trying to fall asleep we could hear some really bizarre noises. We live in an old high school on the highway and our walls are PAPER thin! Anyways, I assumed Adam was already asleep and I can sleep through anything so I just pulled the blankets over my head and proceeded to go back to sleep. A few minutes later I hear 'do you hear that?!' (must have woken him up.. he's the lightest sleeper ever! [at least that means we won't get robbed]). So I answered him that I heard it and wasn't sure what it was... so his answer of course was 'it sounds like someones having sex'..awkward... so I tried to ignore it but after a comment like that jeeze... and then I kind of tuned in more carefully, 'wait a minute.. that's not sex at all!' 'Really, what is it?' 'ITS AVA SNORING!' hahaha our perverted pup. 


well I ran out of cream so I must go .. coffee is calling...
